Asa is our HEPA 99% washable filter mask barrier everyday durable washable filter mask. The outer lining is made of 100% denim breathable cotton and the inner lining with soft 100% lining. The face mask and filter are washable whilst the nose grip feature allows you to ensure the perfect fit. Our Asa face mask boasts adjustable straps for ultimate comfort.
Our HEPA filter mask is a 99% barrier filter mask is made up of the highest performance PTFE lightweight membrane filtration on the market safely used for kids face masks and it is also reusable. It is washable up to 40 times.

The unique advantages of our face mask filters are:

-Our washable filter mask is mechanically 100% Hydrophobic which makes it washable up to 40 times unlike other filters on the market.
-Our filter is very lightweight and cool which makes it breathable unlike other filters which are heavier and build up heat from exhalation
Note washing of the media can only be done when it’s inside the face mask’s cloth inner/outer layer to keep it from abrasion against heavier garments. The best way is to hand wash in lukewarm soapy water and let air dry. Do not wring or twist the face mask or filter material. Alternatively, you can use an Insta-Pot and put in ¼” water and place face mask on the wire rack. Put on Pressure Cook for a 10-minute cycle. Let pressure down and your face mask is ready for a new cycle.

The CDC has adopted a safety-first policy and is recommending everyone wear non-medical protective face coverings to help flatten the curve. Despite this remember this SHOULD be used in addition to practicing CDC recommendations on hand washing and social distancing.
