Returns

Each piece is made with intention, and we want you to love what you keep. If something isn't right, here is how we will care for you.

30-Day Returns

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size or color, the simplest path is to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order for what you love. This keeps your new piece on its way without delay.

Pre-Orders

Because pre-order pieces are made to order, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your pre-order arrives imperfect, write to us and we will make it right.

How to Begin

To start a return, write to ogo@ogonewyork.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions.

Shipping Your Return

Please ship returns using a trackable service to the address we provide. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender unless the item arrived damaged or in error. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our studio receiving your return.

Final Sale

Sale items, earrings for hygiene reasons, and personalized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
