Shipping

Every order is prepared by hand and shipped from our studio in New York. Below is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Complimentary Shipping

Orders of $75 or more ship complimentary within the United States — no code needed. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5–$12 depending on the weight of your order, and Express shipping is available for $15. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.

Processing

In-stock pieces are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the studio.

Domestic Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are presented at checkout where available.

Complimentary Local Pickup

DFW residents may choose complimentary local pickup at checkout. Pickup is by appointment only — email ogo@ogonewyork.com with your order number to schedule your pickup time.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are made to order and ship within 6–8 weeks of purchase. Each pre-order item displays its estimated delivery window on the product page and in your cart. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your piece is ready.
