Every order is prepared by hand and shipped from our studio in New York. Below is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Complimentary Shipping

Orders of $75 or more ship complimentary within the United States — no code needed. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $6.95 applies. Use code FREESHIP75 at checkout to unlock free shipping on qualifying orders.

Processing

In-stock pieces are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the studio.

Domestic Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are presented at checkout where available.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are made to order and ship within 6–8 weeks of purchase. Each pre-order item displays its estimated delivery window on the product page and in your cart. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your piece is ready.
